While this is the fourth year for this Alliance for Global Inclusion report, this is only the second year for the Index, heralding organizations that scored at least 50 percent overall in supporting inclusion efforts internally and externally.
Now in its fourth year, this bold and vital industry research assesses companies' progress toward business outcomes in the AGI impact pillars of: People (workplace best practices, ranging from hiring to advancement opportunities to demographic goals and accountability), Market (impact on customers, including inclusive language), and Society (efforts to create a better world, including STEM programs for students, as well as supplier diversity).
