Now in its third year, global organizations applied to participate in the Alliance for Global Inclusion Index. In 2023 for the first time, the Alliance is heralding organizations that scored at least 50 percent overall and have, therefore, qualified for the Alliance for Global Inclusion Index.

Now in its third year, this bold and vital industry research is an annual global survey of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) best practices. This report features results assessing companies’ progress toward DEI outcomes in the AGI impact pillars of People (workplace best practices ranging from hiring to advancement opportunities to demographic goals and accountability), Market (impact on customers, including inclusive language), and Society (efforts to create a better world, including STEM programs for students, as well as supplier diversity), in each of eight different geographical regions.
